Takingdictation.com is a based out of Thibodeaux's home in Eagan, Minnesota, USA.  For clients who live in or near the Eagan area, face-to-face consultations are available by appointment.  The advantage to this option is that Thibodeaux can sit down physically with the client to brainstorm, discuss a project, or work on a manuscript.  This can be more productive than other forms of consultation (such as snail mail) due to the fact that the client can give Thibodeaux immediate input regarding ideas, editing, or work composed. 

Although Thibodeaux makes every effort to maintain a professional atmosphere, it is understood that face-to-face consultations can be a bit intimidating.  For this reason, Thibodeaux enjoys meeting in an environment in which the client feels comfortable.  Personal consultations usually are done at a coffee shop, library, restaurant, or other public place.
