Thibodeaux will not provide any personal or project information to any third party unless instructed to do so by the client, unless such disclosure of information is necessitated by local, state, or federal law.
Clients agree to submit electronic payments through the secured Paypal website. This ensures that account numbers remain private. Furthermore, clients shall not send Thibodeaux cash payments, as these are too easily lost or stolen and cannot be tracked.
Thibodeaux will keep documents from completed projects on the primary business computer or other media for a period of one month. After one month, Thibodeaux will wipe the electronic versions of the files from wherever they were stored previously, and she will shred all hard copies. Clients may request that files and documents be kept longer than this period, but it ultimately is the responsibility of the client to preserve the files and documents Thibodeaux sends back.
Clients agree to pay their bill in full by the date specified on the initial bill of sale unless other arrangements are made, such as a per month payment plan. Clients also acknowledge the possibility of incurring late fees for those bills not paid by the date specified on the initial bill of sale. Additionally, by entering into contract with Thibodeaux, clients acknowledge that Thibodeaux may assess fees for rescheduling appointments more than twice; these fees are applied when applicable due to the fact that scheduling a specific project on the Takingdictation.com calendar prevents Thibodeaux from accepting other work. By commissioning work from Thibodeaux, clients acknowledge that Thibodeaux has legal representation and that they are subject to the legal ramifications of any past due or otherwise delinquent bill.
Please contact Thibodeaux if you have any questions regarding anything in Takingdictation.com's Privacy and Terms of Use.
Thibodeaux does NOT ghostwrite academic papers or essays, as she considers full ghostwriting of academic works an unethical practice that undermines the value of education. She urges all academic clients to remember that submitting a ghostwritten paper typically violates the Academic Dishonesty and Integrity policies at most educational facilities.
Although Thibodeaux will not ghostwrite an academic paper for a client, she would be glad to help a client through the entire writing process to make sure that their paper is in tip-top shape according to the specified guidelines and format. This includes brainstorming, outlining, organization, grammar, style guidelines, even suggesting ways of saying what a client means.
