Hourly Rates

• GENERAL EDITING/PROOFREADING (basic grammar, spelling and formatting; no comments provided): $15.00

• MODERATE EDITING/WRITING (some reworking of base documents; comments provided): $20.00

• EXTENSIVE EDITING/FROM SCRATCH WRITING (new Word document created or client document completely reworked; comments provided): $25.00

Per Project Rates

In some cases, Thibodeaux may allow a client to pay per project. In these instances, the rate is $0.10 per word.

Discounts

• MULTI-PROJECT: Deducts 10% from the combined total cost of up to 4 simultaneously submitted projects. For 5 or more projects, the discount is increased to 15%.

• REFERRAL: If an individual who has submitted to Takingdictation.com previously refers another individual, the person referred will receive a 5% discount on the first project they submit. The individual by whom the new customer was referred also will receive a 5% discount on the next project submitted. The person referred must name the individual by whom they were referred for the discount to apply.

• PREFERRED MEMBER: Deducts 15% off all submitted projects for one year via membership purchase. The preferred membership discount is most applicable to those individuals or businesses who know that they will be submitting large quantities of work consistently through a twelve month period. Additional Fees

Takingdictation reserves the right to charge the following additional fees as applicable.

• LATE PAYMENT: $15.00 per week past due date grace period
  
  
• PROJECT CANCELLATION: Varies; equivalent to one hour of work. Clients may reschedule a project up to 2 times with no fee.
